Cadet Initial NCO Course

Course content is taken from and guided by the relevant Air Cadet Publications and includes subject areas such as:

- Drill Theory & Practical (Static & on the March)
- Role of the JNCO
- Dress Regulations
- Deportment & Welfare
- Leadership Practical
- Leader Qualities
- Teams Needs & Functions
- Task Planning & Implementation
- Presentation Techniques
- Discipline & Role Play
- Dress Regulations

Cadets and subsequent higher ranks may apply for the INCO course and must have approval of their Commanding Officer before attending. As a result of attending this course, Cadets will better understand their role within the ATC and be a greater asset to their unit and will stand in good stead for later attendance of an Advanced NCO Course.
